Since, 1999, I started buying and selling tax distressed properties in the surrounding Houston counties with a $34,000 line of credit.  I have bought tax distressed properties for $1,000 and sold the same property for $20,000. I have done over 140 real estate transactions which generated over 2 million dollars in revenue. Today I have 20 plus owner financed properties, account receivables, worth over a million dollars that produces a cash flow of $9,000 a month. I own an additional $650,000 in real estate free and clear. My total real estate debt is $150,000.
